We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ALLYOURVITALS. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Period
You may return products within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached

Sale or clearance items are non-refundable, unless faulty

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
—The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3Days
Shipping time: 5-10Days
—Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
—Shipping fee: $15
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at gildedwaveltd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
